Clase Azul’s Tequila Reposado is a very pure and artisanal tequila.
This precious distillate is produced in the traditional way with a long cooking of the Weber blue agave in brick ovens; after fermentation, a double distillation takes place to extract only the noblest parts of the fermented product. Once distillation is complete, the tequila rests for 8 months in American Whisky oak barrels and this, in addition to giving a slightly amber color, makes the sip softer and more delicate, with greater gustatory intensity, with delicate notes of hazelnut and vanilla.
Tequila Reposado Clase Azul goes very well with dishes rich in pork, a tasty cheese such as aged pecorino or smoked provola with honey, but also with a delicious chocolate dessert.
The Tequila Reposado bottle has an iconic design for the company, recognized all over the world, it is handmade by Mexican artisans, a ceramic decanter so beautiful that, even after emptying it, we are sure you will continue to use it as a piece of furniture.
